Risk Management Leaders Forum

The Risk Management Leaders Forum is not a course. It is an invitation-only Community of Practice (CoP) designed exclusively for the executives shaping the future of global enterprise. Delivered through an immersive live online format over a 10-session cycle of 3 hours each, this forum bridges the critical gap between theoretical risk management potential and real-world corporate execution. Anchored by the comprehensive E-RM Discipline Framework, a curated cohort of 8 to 16 non-competing senior leaders will collaborate to deconstruct complex risk management integration challenges at the highest organizational level. Participants move beyond risk management mechanics to tackle high-stakes executive priorities: mitigating deployment risks, navigating risk governance, overcoming organizational resistance, and building mathematically justified ROI cases. Through live case presentations, peer hot seat reviews, and rigorous strategic debate, leaders forge actionable 12-month organizational roadmaps while building a sustained, elite advisory network.

Program Overview:

Delivered across 10 focused sessions of 3 hours each, the Risk Management Leaders Forum follows a structured yet dynamic progression designed for executive-level engagement. The program opens with an orientation and risk management landscape briefing, followed by a deep dive into the E-RM Discipline Framework and cohort presentation preparation. The core of the program is driven by member presentations — where each participant brings a real internal risk management challenge, roadmap, or case study for live peer review and strategic deconstruction. Sessions progress through governance and ethics, change management, enterprise failure recovery, and ROI justification, culminating in findings presentations and a sustained networking session. Chatham House Rules apply throughout, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for open strategic dialogue.

Key Features:
  • Strictly capped at 8 to 16 executives to ensure deep, meaningful engagement and psychological safety.
  • 10 focused sessions delivered entirely Live Online (1 session per month, 3 hours per session).
  • Zero theoretical fluff. The curriculum relies on deconstructing real, live enterprise challenges brought forward by the cohort.
  • Chatham House Rules applied throughout — a fully confidential environment for open discussion of sensitive corporate challenges.
  • Rigorous peer-to-peer review sessions where leaders pitch, defend, and refine their corporate strategies against cross-industry executive scrutiny.
  • Participants are awarded an executive credential validating their mastery of the E-RM Discipline Framework and inducted into the alumni network.
Learning objectives:
  • Receive research briefings on new developments/trends in the field, as well as on topics nominated by participants
  • Nominate issues/challenges for discussion and have all participants contribute with ideas/suggestions/materials to support addressing them
  • High level social/peer-to-peer learning by engaging with other participants in discussions on specific context and analysing shared best practices/case studies
  • Network with other senior executives in similar roles in non-competing organizations
  • Access output reports developed at the end of each session and an overall report with supporting materials/templates available at the end of the program

Powered by Lerero Learning Reinforcement

This course is delivered through Lerero, a science-based learning reinforcement platform designed to ensure knowledge retention, sustained engagement, and real on-the-job capability. Lerero extends learning beyond course completion through daily reinforcement, micro-challenges, and measurable progress tracking.

What is Lerero?

Lerero is a science-based learning reinforcement and journey management platform that helps professionals turn training into lasting capability. It ensures that learning doesn’t stop at course completion—it continues until knowledge becomes second nature.

Why is learning reinforcement important?

Research shows most learners forget a large portion of what they learn shortly after training. Lerero solves this problem by extending the learning journey for 90 days—helping participants revisit, practice, and apply what they’ve learned.

How does Lerero work?

Lerero integrates with training programs to reinforce learning through:

  • Daily micro-challenges and real-world practice
  • Smart nudges that re-engage learners
  • Gamified points, badges, and leaderboards
  • Milestone recognition at 30, 60, and 90 days
  • Detailed progress tracking for learners and managers
What makes Lerero effective?

Lerero’s approach is backed by proven learning science principles like spaced repetition, retrieval practice, and behavioral nudging. These techniques combat the “forgetting curve” and strengthen long-term knowledge retention.

What results can organizations expect?

Companies using Lerero experience:

  • Higher engagement and motivation
  • Better knowledge retention
  • Faster time-to-competency
  • Clear visibility into learning impact and ROI
What is the Lerero Learning Reinforcement Championship (LLRC)?

It’s a structured 90-day learning challenge that keeps skills fresh through continuous reinforcement, ensuring learning becomes habit, not theory.

How is this course connected to Lerero?

Our courses are powered by Lerero, meaning participants benefit from extended reinforcement that drives real behavior change—well beyond the training room.
