Delivered entirely through an immersive business simulation, this program places participants inside a real-world scenario — a rapidly growing Smart Energy and IoT company facing operational and functional enablement challenges — and challenges them to solve those problems using the Functional Area Enablement Framework.
Rather than revisiting theory, this program deepens expertise in business functions and strategic execution, requiring participants to think, decide, and act as practitioners across marketing, governance, operations, finance, procurement, talent, performance, and culture.

Delivered across two intensive in-person days of eight hours each, this program is structured entirely as a business simulation centered on Z-Tech Solutions — a fictional 150-person Smart Energy and IoT company headquartered in Amman, Jordan, with regional offices in Riyadh and Cairo. Each lesson presents a real functional challenge the company faces, and participants work through those challenges by applying the tools, frameworks, and methodologies from the FAEF.
Participants progress through four core simulation domains: Identity — fixing disjointed branding and aligning regional marketing; Implementation — defining governance structures, operational interdependencies, and SOPs; Investment — reallocating budgets and building structured procurement processes; and Talent — designing competency frameworks, performance systems, and engagement strategies. The program concludes with a capstone project, a live presentation, and a 75-question certification exam.

  • Implement employee performance management systems — including performance repositories and 360-degree feedback mechanisms — and develop employee engagement and wellbeing programs that foster a high-performance organizational culture.

Participants must have successfully completed the Certified Functional Area Enablement Professional (FAEP) program prior to enrolling in this course.
